TeamViewer support for your mobile device
Our support team is able to connect to your mobile device if it uses Android, iOS or Windows 10 as an operating system.
For this purpose, please install TeamViewer QuickSupport on your mobile device.
The TeamViewer QuickSupport app is available for download in the particular app store.
Android: QuickSupport App
Once you downloaded the TeamViewer QuickSupport app, please open it.
An ID will be displayed in the middle of the screen. Please send this ID to us before the support session starts or inform us about it via phone.
Finally, you need to confirm the incoming request so that we can connect to you via remote connection.
iOs: QuickSupport App
Important: If you want to use TeamViewer QuickSupport you need to have at least iOS 11 or higher.
1. Open your settings.
2. Open the menu point „Control center“ and go on „Customize Controls“. Make sure that the option „Screen Recording“ has been added. If this is not the case you can add it using the green „+“.
3. Go to the control center on your iPhone or iPad.
4. Here, you click on the symbol for a screen recording (white circle with a white dot in the middle), either firmer (3D touch enabled devices) or longer (3D touch disabled devices).
5. Choose the option „TeamViewer“ in the following menu and then click on either „Start Recording“ or „Start Broadcast“.
You will receive an ID here. Please share this ID with us before the support appointment.
We will now connect to your mobile device. Please confirm the request that will follow.
