Where can I find the logfiles of OUTREACH|IT?
Please open the Windows Explorer and insert %APPDATA% (or C.\ProgramData) into the folder textbox on top.
- Goto the folder C:\ProgramData\CRMADDON Outreach Workflow\Logs
- Make a zip-File of the logs files,
- Create a ticket on http://support.crmaddon.com
- Describe your question/problem in detail
- Attach the zip-File to the ticket
