If your Dial window is not showing a button to Dial like shown below

It is most likely that your setup is corrupt. Please open the DIAL|IT setup, Click on the tab Dial

And check the Tapi Settings. In most cases this field will be empty.

You must select the working Tapi Driver and if appropriate also choose the Tapi-Provider .

Save the settings, Restart ACT! and you should be up and running again
