Online Presentation and Training

For training and presentation purposes here at CRMADDON we use meeting function of the TeamViewer. At the same time our representative will assist you via a telephone conference. This way you will get information in portions and will have enough time to understand everything and ask questions or clarify what was unclear. First of all, please schedule an appointment with our team. Once you have done this just follow the steps below:

1. For the presentation download TeamViewer onto your computer.  An installation is not needed, the program will start immediately.

2. Start the tool and enter the MeetingID which you will receive from our team before the webinar. As soon as the meeting has started you’ll see our representative’s desktop.

3. Once you are in, call the following phone number: 089/454 617 28 and enter your ConferenceID, confirm the entry with the  „#“-button on your telephone.

Remote maintenance and support

Our technicians assist with technical issue and installations remotely via TeamViewer tool. Please contact our team for appointment.

To start the remote session, please follow the steps below:

1. Download TeamViewer onto your computer.  An installation is not needed, the program will start immediately.

2. Start the tool and let us know your ID and password. We need this information to start the session and access your desktop. You can find your password and ID on the following window:
