You receive the following error:
Error „Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately.“ when you try to click on a Database List in ACT! Diagnostics 
 
This problem is known with the following Sage ACT! 2011, 2012, 2013, v16
This issue is known and can be caused by one or more databases improperly connected to Microsoft® SQL Server®. 

This problem can be fixed if you follow the steps below:

Use ResetSQL.bat file
  1. Close ACT! Diagnostics.
  2. Download the ResetSQL.bat file to your PC. (Download here)
  3. Execute the file ResetSQL.bat to your PC.
  4. You will be asked two questions: Answer No to „Do you want to turn off Password Policy?“ and Yes to „Do you want to Reset SQL?
  5. After running the file, open ACT! Diagnostics and attempt to access the database list.
